These terms explain how this online store and our sales work.

Scope

These terms cover this online store, product information, orders and quotations. Individual written quotations may contain additional terms. Sales through eBay or other marketplaces are also subject to the rules of that platform. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot be waived always prevail over any conflicting wording.

Products and availability

We sell original OEM industrial components, all of them used, often surplus or discontinued. Condition, photographs and technical information are specific to each item and should be reviewed before ordering. Inventory and prices may change until your order is confirmed. A displayed part number does not establish compatibility with your equipment.

Orders, acceptance and payment

You can order online through the checkout of this store. The checkout shows the part, quantity, price, currency, shipping and taxes before you pay. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify and the payment providers offered there. A sale is formed when your order is confirmed; we may cancel and fully refund an order if the item is no longer available or if a pricing or listing error is found. A request for quotation sent to us by email is not a purchase order and does not reserve inventory; a written quotation, once accepted and confirmed by us, forms a sale on its own terms.

Prices, duties and taxes

Prices are in US dollars (USD), shown at checkout. Canadian sales taxes are added where applicable. International customs duties, import taxes and brokerage charges are paid by the customer, unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery methods and estimates are described in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout. Transit loss, shipping liability and remedies are determined by applicable law and the agreed terms. Nothing here shifts delivery risks to a consumer contrary to mandatory law.

Product condition and installation

Only the features, accessories and tests expressly described for an item are represented. Check the complete OEM reference, revision and ratings, and have qualified personnel evaluate installation and equipment safety. We are an independent reseller, not an authorized distributor of the brands we sell.

Warranty, returns and statutory rights

See our Refund policy for our 30-day warranty and the return procedure. These terms do not waive consumer rights, legal warranties or other protections that apply to a transaction or destination.

International trade compliance

Orders are subject to export controls, sanctions, restricted destinations, end-use requirements and import rules. We may ask for the information needed for lawful screening and refuse prohibited transactions. Buyers must provide accurate information about import and end use, subject to applicable law.

Trademarks and content

Manufacturer trademarks, logos and part numbers belong to their owners. Identifying a product does not imply sponsorship or authorized-distributor status. The text, design and other original content of this store may not be reused beyond what the law or a licence allows.

Website use and accuracy

We work to keep listings and availability accurate and correct errors when we find them. Nothing on this page overrides a confirmed sale or a remedy imposed by law. Abusive automated use, unauthorized access and interference with the store are prohibited.

Applicable law and disputes

Where a choice of law is permitted and valid, the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protections of their place of residence. For sales between businesses, any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Québec, in the judicial district of our head office, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980) does not apply. We always try first to settle a disagreement amicably.
