Every item includes a 30-day warranty, and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Your statutory rights always apply in addition.

Clear product information first

3JIndustry sells original OEM industrial components, all of them used. Please review the listing, the full manufacturer part number, the photographs and the stated condition before you place your order. We do not claim that every component has been tested or refurbished.

Our 30-day warranty

If you report a problem with a purchased component within 30 days of delivery, write to sales@3jindustry.com with your order number, the part reference, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs or diagnostic information. After reviewing the situation, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may be a replacement where one is available or a refund.

This is a voluntary commercial commitment: it does not replace or shorten the legal warranties or other rights that apply to your purchase.

Returns when you change your mind

For returns requested for convenience rather than a product issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery for return instructions and authorization. Return acceptance depends on the transaction and applicable law. We do not charge a standard restocking fee for an approved convenience return.

The customer pays the return shipping for a change-of-mind return, unless otherwise agreed with us. Some consumer jurisdictions require additional cancellation rights and reimbursement of certain shipping charges; those rules take precedence. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with its packaging and any accessories supplied.

Incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed items

If the wrong part was supplied, the item was damaged in transit or it materially differs from its description, contact us promptly. We will review the evidence and arrange the appropriate remedy under the transaction and applicable law. You do not pay the return shipping for a problem caused by us.

Your statutory rights remain in force

For consumer purchases in Québec, legal warranties apply to used goods as well as new goods. Depending on the destination and on whether you buy as a consumer or as a business, other mandatory rights may apply, such as remedies for defective goods or a right to cancel. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be waived. Business-to-business transactions may be governed by different contractual terms agreed in writing for that transaction.
