Requesting a quote
To get a precise answer quickly, please include:
- the complete part number, exactly as printed on the nameplate, and the manufacturer;
- the quantity you need;
- your delivery country and postal / ZIP code, so we can include shipping;
- a photo of the nameplate of the part you are replacing, if you have one: it confirms the exact series or version.
Every part we sell is used or open box, and each listing shows its own photos and condition. All parts come with a 30-day warranty, and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, worldwide, mainly with UPS and also with FedEx and the other major carriers.
Part not listed or sold out?
Send us the part number anyway. We check our inventory and let you know if we have it, if it becomes available again, or if an equivalent part can do the job.
Questions about an order, a warranty or a return
Please include your order number. For a warranty claim or a return, add a short description of the issue and a few photos. Returned items must be in the same condition as received; return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the buyer.
