物流政策

We ship industrial components from Québec, Canada, to customers in Canada, the United States and selected international destinations.

Shipping is shown before you pay

Shipping availability, method, price and estimated transit time depend on the part, the package, the destination and customs requirements. The shipping price and the available methods for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay. When a shipment needs a special arrangement, we confirm it with you in writing before shipping.

Oversized, heavy, fragile or unusually valuable items may require custom packaging, insurance or a separate freight quotation.

Carriers and transit times

We ship mainly with UPS and FedEx, subject to service availability at the destination; another carrier may be proposed for your order.

The transit estimate shown at checkout or given by us is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly say so. It runs from the confirmed carrier service and dispatch date. Customs clearance, destination restrictions, holidays and carrier interruptions may affect delivery. Express options may be offered on request.

Currency and sales taxes

Prices are in US dollars (USD). For deliveries in Canada, applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST and QST) are added at checkout.

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT/GST, local taxes, carrier disbursement charges or customs brokerage fees. These charges are paid by the customer (the importer or recipient), unless otherwise negotiated with us in writing. They are not included in our prices or in the shipping charge, and the carrier or customs broker may collect them on delivery. The importer of record and the delivery term are confirmed with you when they matter to the transaction. Unless agreed otherwise, shipments are not delivered duty paid (DDP).

Where third-party charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we tell you their nature before a consumer distance sale is concluded, where the law requires it. For large or regulated shipments, please ask us for a written quotation before ordering.

Customs documentation and export restrictions

We prepare the commercial shipping information based on the item and the transaction, including a description and the declared transaction value. Country of origin, tariff classification (HS code) and preferential tariff eligibility are determined from the available product evidence and the applicable rules: shipping from Canada does not mean a product was made in Canada.

Certain products or destinations may be subject to export controls, trade sanctions, licensing, end-use screening or import restrictions. We may ask for end-use, end-user or importer details, decline a transaction or delay a shipment while required compliance checks are completed.

Addresses, damage and shortages

Please provide a complete delivery address, a contact name and a telephone number when the carrier requires one. Some international services cannot deliver to a P.O. box.

If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, keep the original packaging, take photographs and contact us promptly at sales@3jindustry.com with your order number. We will assess the situation and the applicable remedies.

Delivery delays and your rights

Estimated transit times are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed as such. This policy does not limit the statutory rights that may apply to consumer deliveries, including remedies for late or undelivered goods.
